Prepare Your Food
Place your food in a LekkerSeal bag, leaving enough space at the top for sealing.
Sealing
Close the bag using your fingers or our sealing clip, then place the device over the circle on the bag.
Vacuuming
Apply light pressure on the top of the device so it remains flat. Press the On button to remove air.

Customer service was very good throughout my purchasing process and all questions were answered promptly through Whatsapp. Unfortunately the product was delivered after I had to leave back to work overseas even though every attempt was made to get the product to me in time by LekkerSeal. So I have not been able to use the product yet.
First of all, there was issues with the delivery of my parcel, take note, not due to any actions from LekkerSeal. Turnaround from when I placed my order, paid and it was send via courier to me, was very good. The courier delivered my parcel to someone else, and up till now they cant tell me how my parcel was delivered to someone else, because a pin was send to me only. I eventually received my parcel one day later, and we opened and tested it right away. The machine is sturdy, the plastic bags strong. I tested all 4 bag sizes that I received, and everything we sealed, di so properley. I was worried that the suction wont be good on the machine, but WOW, this little machine does a very good job. My fiance and myself are well impressed with the LekkerSeal, and LOVE the simplicity of the process to seal the bags. Unlike the 2 vacuum sealers I had before. Must cut size, then struggle to align it properly. Then when one buy new bags, it dont want to work on the vacuum sealers, because the plastic is not compatible. With LekkerSeal, none of the above nonsense!. Well done on introducing this nifty gadget to us!
PS: Through out the whole process communication was on par, something that I struggle with in a lot of companies, well done on your comms.
