Tracking questions
Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in your shipping confirmation email, which goes out the moment your parcel leaves our Cape Town office. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or message us with your order number.
My tracking hasn't updated yet
Couriers usually take up to 24 hours to scan a parcel in after collection, so a new number can look inactive at first. If nothing has moved after two working days, message us and we'll chase it.
How long does delivery take?
2-5 working days nationwide, shipped door to door from Cape Town. Outlying areas can take a day or two longer.
Nobody was home for the delivery
The courier will normally attempt again the next working day. If you need to change the delivery address or arrange a specific time, message us as early as you can.
I haven't received a shipping email
Orders are dispatched within one working day. If it has been longer than that and you've heard nothing, get in touch with your order number and we'll confirm the status.
