When will my pre-order ship?

All pre-orders ship from Cape Town by 2 November and take 2-5 working days to reach you. You'll get a tracking link by email once it leaves us - use the Track your order link above to check progress any time.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll catch it before it goes out.

What if something arrives faulty?

The LekkerSeal Pro comes with a 1-year warranty. Send us a photo with your order number and we'll replace it.

Do you offer returns?

There's a 30-day money back guarantee. If it isn't for you, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return.

How much is delivery?

Standard door-to-door courier is R99, and it's free on orders over R1,000.
